Short version: this site doesn't track you.
Privacy policy
msparker.com sets no cookies and uses no third-party analytics. It keeps its own count, on its own server, of page views and of presses on the book, sign-up and social links, and on the contact form. Each visit is stored as a one-way code made from the day, your address and your browser; it cannot be turned back into you, it changes every day, so you cannot be followed from one day to the next, and it is shared with no one. Browsers that send a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal are not counted at all.
The email list. The sign-up forms on the home page, the Free Book page, The Diplomat page and the page-not-found page are provided by EmailOctopus and load only when you scroll to them. They add you to M. S. Parker’s newsletter; your address is used for that newsletter and nothing else, and every message carries an unsubscribe link. The forms use Google reCAPTCHA to keep bots out and two Google web fonts, so loading one also makes requests to Google, and the provider may count how often a form is shown and used.
Free books. The free books are delivered by email, through EmailOctopus or BookFunnel, which apply their own privacy policies from that moment.
The contact form emails your message and address to M. S. Parker and keeps no copy on the server.
Store links lead to Amazon, Apple Books, Kobo, Barnes & Noble and link shorteners such as mybook.to, which apply their own policies.
Contact. Questions about this site or your data: use the contact form or reply to any email from the list.
